7, <br />f <br />Ordinance No. 829 i <br />By Mr, Baumgardner <br />AN ORDINANCE <br />AMENDING SECTIONS 8, 9 and 33 OF ORDINANCE NO _'592, AS kMMED BY <br />.ORDINANCE N0. 761, KNOM AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, <br />I BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of North <br />Olmsted, Ohio :` <br />Section 1, That Sections S. 9 and 33 as heretofore <br />enacted by Ordinance No. 592, as amended by Ordinance No. 761, <br />known as the Zoning Ordinance`of the.Village`of North Olmsted, <br />be and the same are hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"Section S ACCESSORY USES, RESIDENCE DISTRICTS. <br />In any. residence district accessory •uses .shall -be •used - <br />customarily incident to the principal uses listed as per- <br />mitted. They shall be understood to include, among other <br />things: <br />1, An office, such as that of a physician, dentist, <br />musician, artist or other professional person j. <br />when loc4ted'within or directly attached to his <br />or her dwelling which is used primarily as a <br />dwelling; and home occupations such as dressmaking <br />or millinery engaged in by persons of the <br />immediate family within their own dwellings. <br />2. The renting of rooms or lodgings, or the serving <br />of meals for compensation, to not more than four <br />(4) Persons• <br />3. A private garage located not less than sixty (60) <br />feet from the front lot line unless 4ttached to <br />the dwelling. (See Section 33)• <br />There shall be no open air parking of trucks or <br />motor vehicles used for business purposes in any <br />Residence District, <br />49 A private greenhouse permitted in Section 6 is <br />one containing not more than one hundred and fifty <br />(150) square feet of floor space, in which no <br />produce, plants or flowers are raised for sale or <br />sold for gain. <br />4 <br />50 A sign or signboard not exceeding eight (8) square <br />feet in area., appertaining to the lease or.sale <br />of the premises, <br />69 A name plate not exceeding two (2) square feet in area, <br />� p <br />7. A sign or bulletin board, not exceeding twelve (12) <br />square feet in area, so placed as not to interfere_ <br />with front yard requirements nor obstruct the view <br />across the comer of intersecting streets; and <br />erected upon the premises of a church or similar <br />institution for the purpose of displaying the:name <br />and activities thereof, or the services therein <br />provided. <br />8. A_fence, or enclosure wall: <br />(a) No person shall construct a fence which is more <br />than four feet high, along the property line, or so , <br />near to the property line as to constitute a fence, a%- J� <br />
