T Ordinance No. 825 4 _:, re .y By Mr. Lewis AN OF4 INANCE TO AMEND THE ZONE MAP AND ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH OLMSTED.BY CHANGING FROM A RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO A RETAIL BUSINESS DISTRICT THE PROPERTY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED. VJIU� applicst ion has been made to ' amend the Zone Map and Zoning Ordinance of the Village of North Olmsted by rezoning from a Residence District to .a Retail Business District, all of the land hereinafter described not now zoned for retail business; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of.the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio; Section 1. That the Zone Map Zoning Ordinance of. the Village -of North Olmsted be and the same are hereby amended so as to establish a Retail Business District of the property described as follows Situated in the Village of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: y Beginning in the center line of Lorain Road at the south- westerly corner of a parcel of land conveyed to George Buehl and Bertha Buehl by deed dated April 203 1915 and recorded in Volume 1673, Page 160 of Cuyahoga County Records, said south - westerly corner being distant south 510 41, West, measured along said center line, 185.28 fe6-t from its intersection with the center line of Dover Center Road; thence South 510 431 West, along said center line, 23,9.62. feet to the easterly line .of. a parcel of land conveyed to Robert and Mildred Yesberg,er by deed dated February 7, 1924 and recorded in Volume 2139, Page 26 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence North along said easterly line passing through iron monuments in the northerly line of Lorain Road and the southerly line of Porter Road, 1004.03 feet to the center line of Porter Road; thence South 78° 13',30" East., along said center line, 134.90 feet to the westerly line of a parcel of land c onveyed to Jacob J. -m d. Anna � Matway by deed dated July 9, 194., and recorded in Volume 3059, Page 363 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence South 000 201 East along said westerly line and passing through an iron monument in the southerly line of Porter Road, 4o6.0k feet to an iron monument in the southerly line of land conveyed to Matway as aforesaid; thence North 890 40' East along said k southerly line, 51.22 feet..to an iron monument in the westerly line of land conveyed to George and Bertha Buehl as aforesaid; thence South 000 201 East along said Buehl's westerly line, 422.33 feet to the place of beginning, pass- ing through an.iron monument.in the northerly line of Lorain Road, and` containing 3.4148 `acres of land. and the Engineer be and he is hereby authorized and directed to ehange the Zone Map accordingly.
