DATE OF ENACTMENT An emergency ordinance /resolution enacted by the - =PxxE of No. Olmsted _ Cu�TehOg,a County, Ohio, in the matter of the hereinafter described improve- ment, under the supervision of the Director of Highways. SECTION I (CONSENT) WHEREAS, the Director of Highways is considering the matter of the following improve- ment under his supervision of the public highway particularly described as follows: 1 (Description) The improvement of S.R. 252, Sections 5.72 and 6.49 (2 width) 110. Olmsted by �APlnrig asphaltic concrete to the above State Route betv;een the following described Beginning in the center line of S.R. 252 (Columbia Road) at a point 0.13 °r 6g6 feet northerly of S.R. 10 (Lorain Road). Thence northerly along said center line of S*R* 252 as not established to its intersection with the southerly corporation line of V+'estlal-e Village, a distance of 1065 feet. Thence continuing northerly dalong said center line of S.R. 252 being also the corporation line between Wcztlalte istaCcand e 110. Olmsted Village to the North Olmsted north corporation line, a Of 1320 feet and there terminate being in all a distance of 5355 feet or 1.02 miles. and WHEREAS, it is declared to be in the public interest that,the consent of the VILLAGE of _North Olmsted Ohio be given for the above described improvement, under the supervision of the Director of Highways in accordance with plans, specifications and esti- mates as prepared by said Director. NOW THEREFORE, such consent be and is hereby given, for the construction of the above described improvement. SECTION II (COOPERATION) BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the C371X of 1110. Olmsted , Ohio, VILLAGE does hereby propose to cooperate with the State of Ohio, In the cost of the above described improvement, by assuming and contributing NO MONEY Inclusive of the cost of engineering, preliminary contingencies and other incidental ex penses . SECTION III (AUTHORITY TO SIGN) BE IT ORDAINED, that the VILLAGE iVo of VILLAGE of ° Olmsted Ohio, be and he is authorized to enter into agreements for r special contractual obligations.
