SECTION III (b) (PARKING REGULATIONS) BE IT b the Council of the village of Ohio, that upon Completion of said improvemen irector of Highways, it is here agreed that said village °f Ohio, wi (a) Keep said highway open to traffic a d (b) Regulate parking in the following manner: S ION IV (CERTIFICATION OF AVAILABILITY OF RIGHT OF WAY, UTILITY REARRANGEMENT AN SAVING THE STATE OF OHIO HARMLESS OF DAMAGES.) BE IT R VED, by the Council of the village of io, that; (B) The right of way essary for the construction of the aforesaid improvement ereby certified as being available there (b) Arrangements have been ma ith and he obtained from public utility companies whose lines or structures will be a tad by the said improvemen said companies have agreed to make any and all necessary plant remova or rearrangement such a manner as to be clear of any con- struction called for by the plans o d improv t and said companies have agreed to make such necessary rearrangements immediately after ication by the city /village or the department. (e) It is hereby agreed that the cit /v' ge a , t its own expense, make all rearrangements of water mains service lines fire rants, v y alve box sanitary sewers or other municipally owned utilities and /or any appurte es thereto, as may be ne aryto conform to the said improvement and said rearrangements s be done at such time as request the Department of Highways Enfi- neer in such a manner n not to interfere unduly with the operate of the contractor constructing the improvement. (d) The city /vill a hereby agrees that the said department of highways of the a of Ohio, shall be and is her saved harmless from any and all damages or claims thereof arising or growing out Of the ti ication or obligations made or agreed to in Sections (a), (b), (c) herein r. this ordinance /resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after the ea St od allowed by law.
