Ordinance No. d �� <br />By Mr. <br />AN ORDINANCE <br />TO At, ND THE ZONE MAP AND ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF . <br />NORTH OLMSTED BY CHANGING FROM A RESIDHJCE DISTRICT . TO A RETAIL <br />BUSINESS DISTRICT THE LAND AT THE SOUTHEASTERLY CORNER OF CLAGUE <br />ROAD AND LORAIN ROAD. <br />WHEREAS application has been made to rezone from a <br />Residence District to a Retail Business District the land at <br />the southeasterly corner of Clague Road and Lorain Road, and <br />WHEREAS this Council believes it Mould be to the <br />best interests of the Village to rezone said property; now, <br />therefore, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of <br />North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 10 That the Zone Map and Zoning Ordinance <br />Of the Village of North Olmsted be and the same are hereby <br />amended so as to establish a Retail Business District of the <br />Property at the southeasterly corner of Clague Road and Lorain <br />Road, more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at-.the southeasterly corner of Lorain and <br />Clague Roads, extending 466.791 easterly along Lorain <br />' Road to the easterly property line, thence southerly <br />to 629.011 to the southerly property line; thence <br />westerly 2890741 to Clague Road; thence 3610831 northerly <br />along Clague Road to point of origin. <br />and the Engineer be and he is hereby authorized and directed <br />to change the Zone Map accordingly. <br />Section 2.
