Ordinance No* <br />By Mr . z <br />AN ORDINAN CE <br />TO AMIN D THE ZONE MAP AND ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF. <br />NORTH OLMSTED BY CHANGING FROM A RESIDENCE DISTRICT.TO A RETAIL <br />BUSINESS DISTRICT THE LAND _HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED LOCATED ON THE <br />SOUTH SiJE'.OF LORAIN ROAD. <br />MHEREAS application has been made to rezone from a <br />Residence District to a Retail Business District the land <br />hereinafter 'described located on the south side of Lorain Road; <br />now, therefore, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of <br />North Olmsted, .Ohio: <br />Section 1 That the Zone Map and Zoning Ordinance <br />Of the , Village of North: Olmsted be and the same are hereby <br />amended so as to establish 'a Retail Business District of the <br />Property located on the south side of Lorain Road described <br />as follows: <br />Situated in the Village of North Olmsted, County of <br />Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and Down as being part <br />of Original Olmsted Township Lot No. 21, Tract No. 6, <br />and bounded and described as follows; <br />Beginning on the southeasterly line of Lorain Road, <br />• 80 feet, wide, at its intersection with- the . easterly: line <br />of land conveyed to Elba S. Pape, by deed dated August <br />28, 1919 and recorded in Volume 2277, Page 104 of,.Cuyahoga <br />County Records; thence south 51 degrees 451 30 " :,iei st, <br />along the southeasterly line of Lorain Road, 166.49 feet <br />to the westerly line of land conveyed to Anna M. , Ehrbar, <br />by deed dated October 13, 1926 and recorded in Volume <br />3466, Page 40 of Cuyahoja County Records;, thence,,,, , <br />south 00 degrees 401 55t East, along the westerly line <br />th. t r 1 <br />of land so conveyed, 178.09 feet to the sou wes e y <br />corner thereof; thence north 89 degrees 431 10" East, <br />along the southerly line ,of land so conveyed., 130.02 <br />feet to the easterly line of land conveyed to Ella S. Pape <br />as aforesaid; thence north 00 degrees 161 50" West,, <br />along the easterly line-of land so conveyed to Ella S. <br />Pape, 280.50 feet to the place of beginning, be, the same <br />more or less, but subject to-all legal highways. (Ehrbar ) <br />and the Lhgineer be and he is hereby authorized and directed <br />to change the Zone Map accordingly. <br />Section 2.
