3� <br />Ordinance No. D �y <br />,A3 �`� ors 'Ilk 6 <br />� Nv <br />By Mr <br />3 <br />AN ORDINANCE <br />TO PROVIDE FOR THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS Iff ANTICIPATION OF THE <br />COLLECTION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR, THE IMPROVEMENTS .HEREIN <br />NAMED. <br />BE IT ORDAZED by the Council of the Village of North <br />Olmsted,] State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That for the purpose of raising money in <br />anticipation of the collection of special assessments for the <br />improvement of FRANK AVENUE, its entire length, and MARION ROAD, <br />from Clague Road to West 230th Street, and WEST 230th STREET, <br />from the north. Village line to Clifford Drive, by surfacing same <br />with bituminous macadam, in accordance with Ordinances Nos. 745 <br />f and 746, respectively, passed on the 7th day of September, 1948, <br />bonds of the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio, do all be issued to <br />the amount of $16,0000'00 to pay a note previously issued and <br />about to mature. <br />Section 2.
