Resolution No. 1051 <br />By Mr. Tomes <br />A RESOLUTION <br />REQUESTING THE SOLICITOR TO BRING NECESSARY LEGAL <br />ACTION TO COMPEL JOE PULLELLA.TO ABATE A PUBLIC <br />NUISANCE. <br />WHEREAS Joe Pullella has constructed a <br />signboard or fence ten or fifteen feet high along <br />the property line , in violation of the ordinances <br />of the Village of North Olmsted and without getting <br />a permit as required by the ordinances of the <br />Village of North Olmsted, and <br />WHEREAS this council believes the same <br />constitutes a public nuisance and is in violation <br />of the ordinances of the Village of North Olmsted, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the <br />Council.of the Villege.of,,North Olmsted,-0hio: <br />Section 1. That the Solicitor be and he <br />is hereby authorized and directed. to take the <br />necessary legal action to abate said public nuisance <br />consisting of a signboard or fence constructed along <br />the property of Joe Pullella in violation of the <br />ordinances of the Village of.North- Olmsted. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall take effect <br />and be in force from and after the earliest period <br />allowed by lava. <br />Passed: December 19, 1939. <br />er ay <br />
