Resolution No. .1050 <br />By Mr, Tomes <br />A RESOLUTION <br />REQUESTING THE COUNTY TO TAKE OVER MAPLE RIDGE ROAD IN <br />THE VILLAGE OF NORTH OLMSTED AS A COUNTY ROAD, <br />VaMREAS this council believes that Maple <br />Ridge Road in the Village of North Olmsted is a County <br />j road, <br />NOVA, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council <br />of the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />i <br />C <br />Section 1. That for the purpose of clearing <br />any doubt which might exist as to the status of Maple <br />Ridge Road, this council hereby requests the Board of <br />County Commissioners to formally take over Maple Ridge <br />Road as a County road. <br />Section 2. The Clerk be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to mail a copy.of this resolution <br />J to the Board of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga County, <br />Ohio. <br />Section 3..
