Resolution 'No.- <br />By Mr. _ <br />A RESOLUTION <br />AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CLERK TO PAY ROGER WHITE <br />$32.50 OUT.OF THE COMPENSATION DUE,RAY COWLEY, A BUS`DRIVER. <br />WHEREAS Roger White, an extra bus driver, <br />was employed in operating a bus for Ray Cowley, a regular <br />driver, and <br />WHEREAS Ray Cowley, regular driver, has not <br />paid Roger White, <br />NOVI, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council <br />of the Village of North.Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the Clerk be and is hereby <br />authorized and directed to pay Roger White $32.50 for <br />fifty -two hours as an extra bus driver. <br />Section 2.: The Clerk be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to deduct $32.50 from the pay <br />due Ray Cowley as a bus driver. <br />Section 3.
