Resolution No. 1040 <br />By Mr. Decker <br />A RESOLUTION <br />AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CLERK TO ENTER INTO A <br />CONTRACT FOR LIABILITY AND PROPERTY DA11AGE INSURANCE <br />ON THE FIRE APPARATUS OF THE .VILLAGE. <br />WHEREAS .this council desires to place liability <br />and property damage, insurance on the fire apparatus of <br />the Village, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council <br />of the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the Mayor and Clerk be and <br />.they are hereby authorized and directed to enter into <br />a contract with the insurance company now carrying the <br />liability insurance of the Village on the fire apparatus <br />for liability insurance in the sum of $10,000.00 and <br />property damage insurance in the sum of $50000.00 <br />on the fire apparatus of,the Village. <br />Section 2.
