i <br />1 <br />i <br />j <br />Resolution No <br />3 6 <br />By Mr. <br />k <br />A RESOLUTION <br />APPOINTING CLARENCE DEMALINE, SR., AS BUILDING INSPECTOR AND <br />FIXING HIS COMPENSATION. <br />WHEREAS Clarence Demaline, Sr., is now employed <br />as Building and Road Inspector, end' <br />V'7HEREAS Clarence Demaline, Sr., has resigned <br />as Building and Road Inspector, said resignation to.be <br />effective September 1st, 1939, and <br />WHEREAS this Council desires to employ <br />Clarence Demaline, Sr., as Building Inspector fora term <br />beginning on the lst'day "of September, 1939, and ending on <br />the 31st day of December, 1939, <br />NOW THEREFORE;, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council <br />of the.Village of North Olmsted, Ohio; <br />Section 1. That Clarence Demaline, Sr., be and <br />he is hereby appointed as Building Inspector for a term <br />beginning on the lst day of September, 1939, and ending on <br />the 31st day of December, 1939. <br />Section 2. The cornpensation of said Clarence <br />Demaline,; Sr., as Building Inspector shall be the fees of the <br />office. <br />Section 3. Resolution No. 959 creating the <br />position of Building and Road Inspector is hereby repealed <br />-as of September 1st, 1939. <br />Section 4. This resolution is hereby declared <br />to be an emergency measure, the emergency being that it is <br />necessary for the proper protection of health, safety and <br />welfare and the proper operation of the municipal departments <br />of said Village, and this resolution shall take effect and <br />be in force from and after its passage. <br />Passed; _ e, 1939. <br />er Day <br />
