A RESOLUTION <br />EMPLOYING CLARENCE DEMALINE, SR., AS SEWER INSPECTOR. <br />WHEREAS Clarence,Demaline Sr. is now employed <br />as Building Inspector, compensation to be the fees of the <br />office, and <br />WHEREAS this Council desires to employ <br />Clarence Demaline Sr. as Sewer Inspector for a term <br />beginning on the 15th day of September, 1939, and ending <br />on the 31st day of December, 1939, compensation to be <br />sixty cents per, hour for services actually performed, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the <br />Council of the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />fSection 1. That _ Clarence Demaline Sr. be <br />and he is hereby employed as Sewer Inspector for a term <br />beginning on the 15th day of.September, 19399and ending <br />on the 31st day of December., 1939., <br />Section 2. The compensation of said <br />Clarence Demaline Sr., , as Sewer Inspector, shall be <br />sixty cents per hour,for time actually employed as <br />Sewer Inspector. <br />Section 3. The services of said Clarence <br />Demaline Sr. as Sewer Inspector shall be to 'inspect <br />sewers, ditches and drains under the instruction and <br />direction of the Mayor and he shall report his time by <br />the hour for time actually spent in the work as herein <br />directed. <br />} Section 4. This resolution is hereby <br />declared to bean emergency measure, the emergency being <br />that it is necessary for the immediate preservation of <br />public health, safety, peace and welfare and is necessary <br />for the daily operation of the municipal departments of <br />the Village, and shall take effect and be in force from <br />and after its passage. <br />Passed September 5, 1939. <br />C or a r <br />{r <br />
