Resolution No. 1034 <br />By Mr. Bidwell <br />A RESOLUTION <br />CERTIFYING TO THE BUDGET COLMISSION THAT FUNDS ARE <br />AVAILABLE IN THE TREASURY FOR THE NORTH OLMSTED BUS <br />LINE TO PAY 1940 BONDS AND INTEREST ON THE BUS LINE. <br />MEREA.S certain bonds were issued for <br />purchasing busses and the building of a bus garage <br />for the municipal transportation system, and <br />WHEREAS there are sufficient funds now <br />available as income from the operation of the bus <br />line to pay the bonds due and payable in 1940 that were <br />issued for property of the bus line, <br />NOVI, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council <br />of the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio; <br />Section 1. That the Clerk certify to the <br />Budget Commission and the County Auditor's office <br />that there are sufficient funds available in the <br />treasury of the Village of North Olmsted to pay <br />certain bonds which will be due, in 1940 issued for <br />the municipal bus line as herein set forth. <br />Section 2. And the Clerk be and is hereby <br />authorized and directed to" correct the budget by <br />excluding therefrom the bus bonds due in 1940. <br />Section 3. This resolution shall take <br />effect and be in force from and after the earliest <br />period allowed by law. <br />Passed: August 1, 1939. <br />ulerk JdaVor <br />
