r <br />Resolution No. 1028 <br />By'Mr. Bidwell <br />A ' RESOLUTION <br />AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A LAFAYETTE DEMONSTRATOR <br />FROM BEEBE & ELLIOT• <br />VffMREAS after due advertisement bids were re- <br />ceived for the purchase of an automobile for the Police <br />Department, and <br />WHEREAS the Village desires to accept the bid <br />of Beebe & Elliot, which bid provided a sale price to <br />the Village of a Lafayette demonstrator for $795.00, <br />NOWT, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council <br />of the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio ;' <br />Section 1. That the bid of Beebe & Elliot for <br />a. Lafayette demonstrator for $795.00 be and the same is <br />hereby accepted <br />Section 2. The Mayor and Clerk be and they are <br />hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract <br />with Beebe & Elliot for the purchase of said Lafayette <br />demonstrator in accordance with said bid.` <br />Section 3.
