Resolution No 1029 <br />By Mr. Stearns <br />A RESOLUTION <br />AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF THE FORD NOW OWNED BY THE VILLAGE <br />TO THE BUS LINE. <br />WHEREAS the Police Department has purchased a new <br />car, and <br />WHEREAS the Bus Line is in need of a Ford car, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council <br />of the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the,Clerk be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to purchase a Ford two - door <br />sedan now owned by the Village,for the Bus Line. <br />Section 2. The sale price shall be $250.00 and <br />shall be paid for by the Bus Line to the General Fund <br />of the Village. <br />Section 3. The Clerk be and he is hereby authorized <br />and direc ted to t ransf er s aid funds f rom the Bus Line to <br />the General Fund for payment of said Ford car. <br />Section 4.
