RES. # 1030 <br />By Lx . Bzd•+=M <br />Resolution requesting the State Highway <br />to improve Columbia Road in the Village <br />of North Olmsted from Lorain Road to the <br />southerly limits of the Village of North <br />Olmsted by widening and resurfacing said <br />highway. <br />WHEREAS, Columbia Road in the Village of North Olmsted <br />is in a dangerous condition and a.menace to public travel. <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Council of the <br />Village of North Olmsted: <br />Section 1. That the Council of the Village of North Olmsted <br />hereby requests the State Highway Department to improve <br />Columbia Road from Lorain Road to the south village limits <br />as now located by widening and resurfacing the present highway. <br />Section II: This resolution shall.take effect and be in force <br />from and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />Mayer of Village of North lmsted <br />r hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly <br />adopted by the Council of the Village of North Olmsted on the 1st day j <br />Of August 1939- <br />o ill of North msted <br />Loh" <br />i i,, <br />
