WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of North Olmsted <br />in Cuyahoga County believes that the interests of its inhabitants will be best <br />served by the duly constituted authorities thereof continuing to administer <br />poor relief therein.` <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Com- <br />missioners of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, be and they are hereby requested to <br />designate the duly constituted authorities of said Village of North Olmsted <br />to act as its agents in the administration of all funds coming to the County <br />Treasury from the State of Ohio for poor relief in sald'Village of North Olmsted <br />whether the,said'funds be received under and in pursuance of the terms of <br />said Substituted Houss Bill No: 675, above referred to, or any other law <br />Providing for the distribution of State funds to.Counties for poor relief; and <br />BE IT`FURTHER'RESOLVED that the administration of such <br />funds -for poor relief purposes in said Village of North Olmsted-shall be <br />carried out in. pursuance of and in conformity to the terms and provisions of <br />said Act and that all rules, regulations and methods of procedure adopted bnd <br />established in pursuance of said Act by the State Director of Public Welfare <br />and by the Board of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />VILLAGE OF North Olmsted <br />DATE:.
