Resolution No. 1021 <br />By Mr. <br />A MSOLUTION <br />REQUESTING THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND COUNTY ENGINEER <br />TO COMPLETE THE WORK OF IMPROVING CLAGUE ROAD AT AN EARLY <br />DATE. <br />WHEREAS Clague Road has been improved as a WPA <br />project, and <br />WHEREAS the drains under driveways along Clague <br />Road'were torn out during said improvement, and <br />WHEREAS the tree lawns were destroyed in making <br />said improvement, and <br />WHEREAS numerous complaints have been made and <br />requests have been.made for installing the drains under <br />driveways to permit the free flow of, water which is flooding <br />said road and also for repairing the tree lawns which.were <br />destroyed, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council <br />of the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio; <br />Section 19 That request is hereby made to the <br />Board of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga County and the <br />County Engineer that the improvement of Clague Road in the <br />Village of North Olmsted be completed at as early a date <br />as possible by installing drains under driveways, or <br />pursuing whatever method is to be used for draining the road, <br />and by repairing the tree lawns which have been destroyed. <br />Section 2.. The Clerk be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to mail a certified copy of this <br />resolution to the County Commissioners of Cuyahoga County <br />and the Couaty,Engineer. <br />Section 3. This resolution shall take effect <br />and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed <br />by law. <br />Passed; June 6, 1939. <br />er ay <br />hL <br />
