Resolution No. 1020 <br />By Mr <br />A RESOLUTION <br />APPOINTING A LICENSE COT01ISSIONER AND FIXING HIS COMPENSATION. <br />WHEREAS the Village has passed a Bicycle <br />Ordinance, and <br />WHEREAS it is necessary to appoint some <br />person to issue the licenses and tags and prepare the <br />registration cards and to do the work necessary in <br />carrying out the terms of the said Bicycle Ordinance, and <br />WHEREAS this council desires to appoint <br />Charles Best as License Commissioner for said purpose, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council <br />of the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That Charles Best be and he is <br />hereby appointed as License Commissioner for a term <br />beginning with the effective date of this resolution and <br />continuing during the pleasure of the Mayor and Council. <br />Section 2. The compensation of said Charles <br />Best as License Commissioner shall be fifteen cent (15¢) <br />for each license issued in accordance with the Bicycle <br />Ordinance. <br />Section 3. This - resolution shall take effect <br />and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed <br />by law. <br />Passed; June 6, 1939. <br />er -. <br />oo <br />
