Resolution No. 1019 <br />�. By Mr. <br />A RESOLUTION <br />APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF CLIFF BIDDULPH AS DEPUTY MARSHAL <br />WHEREAS the Mayor has appointed Cliff Biddulph <br />as a Deputy Marshal for a period beginning on the ,5 -`day <br />of , 19390 and continuing during the pleasure of <br />the Mayor and Council, and <br />WHEREAS this Council desires to approve said <br />appointment, <br />NOV'l,' THEREFORE, BE IT' RESOLVED by the Council of <br />the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That, the appointment of Cliff Biddulph <br />as a Deputy Marshal for a period beginning on the V' day of <br />�, 19390 and continuing during the pleasure <br />of the Mayor and Council, be and the same is hereby approved. <br />Section 2. �e compensation of said Cliff Biddulph <br />as Deputy Marshal shall be the compensation provided for Deputy <br />Marshalin the Salary Ordinance heretofore passed by this <br />Council. <br />} <br />Section 3.' This resolution is hereby declared to <br />C <br />be an emergency measure, the emergency' being that it is neces- <br />sary for the immediate preservation` of public health, peace, <br />safety, welfare and convenience, and shall take effect and <br />be in force from and after its `passage. <br />Passed: May 16, 1939. <br />er mnqro r <br />
