a <br />Resolution No. 1017 <br />By Mr. _ <br />A RESOLUTION <br />AUTHORIZING THE CLERK TO EXPEND NOT TO EXCEED $500.00 <br />FOR 'OIL TO'' BE USED FOR OILING-ROADS. <br />WHEREAS the Council desires to purchase oil <br />for oiling the roads, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council <br />of the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the Clerk be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to expend a sum of not to exceed <br />$500000 for the purchase of oil for oiling roads; prices <br />to be obtained by the Engineer. <br />Section 2. This resolution -shall take effect <br />and be in force from and after the earliest period <br />allowed by law. <br />Passed: May 8, 1939. <br />er a r <br />
