Resolution No. 1016 <br />By Mr. Stentz <br />A .RESOLUTION <br />AWARDING CONTRACT FOR PARK CONCESSION TO PAUL PASSIG. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village <br />of North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the contract for the park <br />concession of the Village of North Olmsted be awarded <br />to Paul Passig for the year 1939. <br />Section 2. That Paul Passig shall pay to <br />the Village of North Olmsted the sum of $151.00, a part of <br />which shall be paid at the time of signing the contract and <br />the balance to be paid on or before August lst, 1939. <br />Section 3. The Mayor and Clerk be and they <br />are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with <br />said Paul Passig for said.concession in accordancd with <br />the specifications for use of the concession at the park <br />and schedule of prices heretofore fixed by the Council <br />of this Village for the year 1935, which specifications <br />and schedule of prices are on file with the Clerk of the <br />Village of North Olmsted. <br />Section 4. This resolution shall take effect <br />and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed <br />by law. <br />May 20 1939, <br />may <br />
