Resolution No. 1005 <br />By Mr. Bidvell <br />A RESOLUTION <br />REQUESTING THE BOARD OF COUNTY C01MISSIONERS TO <br />ESTABLISH THE SOUTH LINE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH OLMSTED. <br />WHEREAS this council believes that property <br />owners residing in the Village of North Olmsted are <br />receiving tax bills showing their property as located <br />in Olmsted Township, and <br />VMREAS this council believes that taxes <br />belonging to the Village of North Olmsted are being <br />paid to Olmsted Township, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by,ths <br />Council of the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the County Commissioners <br />be and they are hereby authorized and requested to <br />re- establish the south line of the Village of North <br />Olmsted, especially In the vicinity of Columbia Road: <br />and the vest branch of Rocky Riv er. <br />Section 2. The Clerk be and is hereby <br />authorized and directed to mail a copy of this resolu- <br />tion to the Board of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga <br />County, Ohio, <br />Section 30 This resolution shall take <br />effect and be in force from and after the earliest <br />period allowed by law. <br />Passed: February 21, 1939. <br />
