Resolution No. 1,006 <br />By Mr. <br />A RESOLUTION <br />REQUESTING THE STATE HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT TO COMPLETE <br />THE CENTER STRIP OF PAVEMENT ON LORAIN ROAD FROM <br />STEARS ROAD TO THE COUNTY LINE. <br />WHEREAS the center strip of Lorain Road, <br />from Stearns Road west to ° the County line, is in need- <br />of resurfacing, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council <br />of the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That this council hereby requests <br />the State Highway Department to improve and resurface <br />the center strip of Lorain. Road, from Stearns Road west <br />to the County .line. <br />Section 2. The Clerk be and he is hereby <br />authorized and requested to mail a copy of this resolu- <br />tion to the State Highway Department. <br />Section 3. This resolution shall take <br />effect and be in force from and after the earliest <br />period allowed bylaw. <br />Passed: �,� 1939. <br />er ay <br />
