Resolution No. 1002 <br />By Mr. Bidwell <br />A RESOLUTION <br />AWARDING LIABILITY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE INSURANCE TO <br />THE HARTFORD ACCIDENT & INDEMNITY COMPANY. <br />WHEREAS in accordance with an advertisement <br />heretofore published, the following bids--were received <br />for liability insurance and property damage covering <br />nine busses operated by the Village of North Olmsted, <br />to wit: <br />Hartford Accident & Indemnity Co., $2831.25 <br />premium for liability insurance and $497.90 <br />premium for property damage. <br />Royal Indemnity Company, 03574.86 premium for <br />liability insurance and $636.90 premium for <br />property damage, <br />and <br />WHEREAS this council believes that the bid <br />of the Hartford Accident & Indemnity Company is the <br />lowest and best bid, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council <br />of the Village of North Oimsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the bid of the Hartford <br />Accident & Indetanity;Company in the amount of $2831.25, <br />remium for liability insurance for limits up to <br />oo00 ° - °1 s0000 °=$nd $497490 for property damage in the <br />amount or orL j be and is hereby accepted. <br />Section 2. That the Mayor and C lerk be and <br />they are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />contract with the Hartford Accident & Indemnity Company <br />for the liability insurance and property damage in <br />accordance with said bid. <br />Section 3.
