Resolution No. 1001 <br />By Mr. Stentz <br />A RESOLUTION <br />APPROVING THE BOND OF F. G. KITSON, JLMTICE OF THE PEACE. <br />WHEREAS. -the American Surety Company has <br />furnished a bond in the sum of $1000.00 for F. G. Kitson, <br />Justice of the Peace, and <br />WHEREAS this council desires to approve said <br />bond, <br />NOVJ, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED ,by the Council <br />of the Village of.North Olmstod,.Ohios <br />Section`l. That the bond of the American <br />Surety Company. in.the'sum of $1000.00 furnished by <br />the Justice of the Peace, F. G. Kitson.. be and the <br />same is hereby approved. <br />Section 2.
