Resolution No. 1000 <br />By 11r. Bidwell, <br />A RESOLUTION <br />CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF A. KRETJTZER AS EXTRA BUS <br />DRIVER. <br />MEREAS the Ilayor has appointed A. Kreutzer <br />} <br />as an extra bus driver, and <br />WEEREAS this council desires to approve said <br />appointment, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the <br />Council of the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the appointment of A. Kreutzer <br />as an extra bus driver for the period beginning on the <br />25th day of January, 1939, and ending on the 31st day <br />of December, 1939, be and the same is hereby approved <br />and the said A. Kreutzer is employed as an extra bus <br />driver for that period. <br />Section 2. The compensation of said A. <br />Kreutzer shall be the compensation fixed in the <br />Salary Ordinance for extra bus drivers. <br />Section 3. This ° resolution is hereby declared <br />to be an emergency measure, the emergency being that <br />it is necessary for the immediate preservation of .public; <br />health, safety, welfare and convenience and shall tape <br />effect and be in force from and after' its passage. <br />Passed: January 30, 1939. <br />er P,Zayo <br />
