Resolution No. 997 <br />By Mr. ' <br />A IES OLUTION <br />AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CLERK TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT <br />WITH THE CITY OF CLEVELAND FOR RADIO BROADCASTING FOR THE <br />POLICE DEPARTMENT. <br />WHEREAS this Council believes it would be to <br />the best interests of said Village to enter into a contract <br />with the City of Cleveland for police radio broadcasting <br />service, <br />N001, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of <br />the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the Mayor and 'Clerk be and <br />they are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />contract with the City of Cleveland for broadcasting <br />police radio calls.for a eriod of one year beginning <br />on the day of , 1939, and ending <br />on the day of , 1914 o . , at a cos t <br />of thir unts (30 pe ca , payable monthly upon <br />receipt of billing therefor from the .City of Cleveland. <br />Section 2.. This resolution shall take effect <br />and be in force from and after the earliest period "allowed <br />by law. <br />
