Resolution No. 996 <br />By Mr. <br />A RESOLUTION <br />AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CLERK TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT <br />WITH FRANK SHEPHERD FOR DUMPING RUBBISH ON HIS PROPERTY <br />ON MASTICK ROAD. <br />WHEREAS the Village makes periodical collections <br />of rubbish and desires to dump same on the property owned <br />by Frank Shepherd on Mastick Road, and <br />WHEREAS Frank Shepherd has agreed to permit the. <br />Village to dump rubbish on said property, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council <br />of the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 10 That the Mayor and Clerk be and they <br />are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract <br />with Frank Shepherd providing for the dumping of rubbish <br />on his property on Mastick Road for a period of one year <br />commencing February lst, 1939, and ending February lst, 19409 <br />for which said Frank Shepherd shall be paid the sum of <br />$100.00. <br />Section 20 This resolution is hereby declared <br />to be an emergency measure, necessary for the immediate <br />preservation of public property, safety, welfare and <br />convenience, and shall take effect and be, in force from <br />and after its passage. <br />Passed: January 17, 1939. <br />C c <br />er ay r <br />
