Resolution No. 992 <br />�i <br />By 1;111r.�� -01�LG'�- <br />A RESOLUTION <br />APPROVING 122E APPOINTM NT OF CLARENCE DEPALINE SR. AS <br />BUILDING AND ROAD INSPECTOR. <br />MEREAS the Mlayor has. appointed Clarence <br />Demaline, Sr. as Building and Road Inspector, and <br />MEREAS this council desires to approve <br />said appointment, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the <br />Council of the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the appointment of <br />Clarence Demaline, or., as Building and Road Inspector <br />be and the same is hereby approved. <br />Section 2. The compensation of said <br />Clarence Demaline, Sr. as Building and Ro ^.d Inspector <br />shall be the compensation fixed in Resolution No. 959 <br />creating the position-of Building and Road Inspector., <br />to wit; ~'60.00 per month. <br />Section 3. The terra of said Clarence <br />Demaline, Sr., as Building and Road Inspector shall <br />begin- on the date of his appointment by,the Riayor and <br />continue during the pleasure of the 11ayor Qnd Council: <br />Section 4. This resolution is hereby <br />declared to be an emergency measure, the emergency being <br />that it is necessary for the immediate preservation of <br />public health, safety, welfare and convenience, and this <br />resolution shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after its passage. <br />Passed: January 3, 1939. <br />`C ler 4ay ar <br />i <br />j <br />l <br />
