Resolution No. 991 <br />By 11r. t+ ^2 �L <br />A MS OLTJTION <br />FIXING $10.00 AS COMPENSATION FOR DIGGING GRAVES. <br />tiMEREAS the compensation allowed caretakers <br />for Coe Ridge Cemetery and Butternut Ridge Cemetery <br />cover the ordinary duties of caretaker, and <br />7,11EREAS this council desires to fix an amount <br />for the digging of graves as additional compensation, <br />NOVI, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council <br />of the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That there shall be paid for the <br />digging of graves in Coe Ridge Cemetery and Butternut <br />Ridge Cemetery the s= of ~10.00 for each grave, said <br />amount to be paid on bills rendered and approved by <br />council, which amount shall be in addition to the <br />compensation paid to the caretakers. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall take effect <br />and be in force from and after the earliest period <br />allowed by law. <br />Passed: January 3, 1939. <br />er .'. slay <br />
