Resolution No. 990 <br />By Mir. <br />A RESOLUTION <br />APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF ED SANFORD AS CARETAIM OF <br />COE RIDGE CET' iTERY AND 0. E. BALLARD AS CARETAIMR OF <br />BUTTERNUT CEIMTERY. <br />ZHEREAS the Mayor has appointed Ed Sanford <br />as caretaker of Coe Ridge Cemetery and 0. E• Ballard as <br />caretaker of Butternut Cemetery, and <br />WHEREAS this Council desires to approve <br />said appointments, <br />NOW THEREF ORL , BE IT RESOLVED by the <br />Council of the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the appointment of <br />Ed Sanford as caretaker of Coe Ridge Cemeteryy be and <br />the same is hereby approved. The term of said,Ed <br />Sanford as caretaker shall begin on the. date of his <br />appointment by the Mayor and continue during the pleasure <br />of the Mayor end Council. <br />Section 2. The compensation of said <br />Ed Sanford as caretaker of Coe Ridge Cemetery shall be <br />that compensation provided for caretaker of Coe Ridge <br />Cemetery in the Salary .Ordinance, payable only during working <br />season. <br />Section 3. That the appointment of <br />0. E. Ballard Ps caretaker of Butternut Cemetery be and <br />the same is hereby approved. The term of said 0. E. <br />Ballard as caretaker of Butternut Cemetery shall begin <br />on the date of his appointment by the 11ayor and continue <br />during the pleasure ' of the Tdayor and Council. <br />Section 4. The compensation of said <br />0. E.
