I <br />Resolution No* 989 <br />By Mr. <br />A RESOLUTION <br />APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF EXTRA DEPUTY MARSHALS <br />WHEREAS the Mayor has appointed the hereinafter <br />named persons as Extra Deputy Marshals for a period of one year, <br />and <br />WHEREAS this council desires to approve said <br />appointments, <br />NOVI, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council <br />of the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the appointment of the following <br />named persons as Extra Deputy Marshals for the period of. one <br />year be and the same is hereby approved: <br />A. EXTRA DEPUTY MARSHALS - -NO BOND WITHOUT PAY <br />Mike Kavanaugh <br />George Conklin <br />Ed. Hixson <br />Earl Donaldson <br />B. EXTRA DEPUTY MARSHALS- -BOND -- HOURLY RATE <br />William Wissman <br />George Ruple <br />Harold Limpert <br />Robert Gilchrist <br />James G. Donaldson <br />William Biddulph <br />Section 2. That the compensation of the Extra <br />Deputy Marshals under the caption "Be Extra Deputy Marshals -- <br />Bond Hourly Rate" shall be the compensation set forth in the <br />Salary Ordinance passed by this council heretofore. The <br />Extra Deputy Marshals under the caption "A. Extra Deputy. <br />Marshals - -No Bond --Without Pay" shall receive no compensation. <br />Section 3. This resolution is hereby declared <br />to be an emergency measure, the'emergency being that it is <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of public health, <br />peace, safety, welfare and convenience, and shall take effect <br />and be in force from and after its passage. <br />sed: January 3, 1939 <br />ler <br />Idayor <br />
