Resolution No. 988 <br />By 11r. <br />A RESOLUTION <br />APPROVING THE APPOINTLIENT OF VOLUNTEER FIREMEN - <br />WHEREAS the Mayor has appointed the following <br />named persons as volunteer firemen and volunteer night fire- <br />men.. and <br />WHEREAS this council desires to approve said <br />appointments, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council <br />of the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the following named persons <br />be and they are hereby appointed as volunteer firemen and <br />volunteer night firemen: <br />Larry Eskins Cliff Biddulph <br />Don Biddulph Irwin Bidwell <br />George Bowers John Cefranic <br />Henry DeWerth Harry Hird <br />Roy Imp e tt Frank Klein <br />Max Krugman Earl Limpert <br />Norman Limpert Wil Limpert' <br />Ed, Twrucy Milan Twrocy <br />George Upp Charles Wershing Jr. <br />Earl Yesberger <br />Section 2. The compensation of said volunteer <br />firemen shall be the compensation provided for volunteer <br />firemen in the Salary Ordinance of this Village, to wit, <br />$1.00 per hour for time actually employed and $1.00 per night <br />for time spent at the Fire Engine House during the night season. <br />Section 3. This resolution is hereby declared to <br />be an emergency measure, the emergency being that it is neces <br />siAry for the immediate preservation of public health, peace, <br />safety and welfare and for, the daily operation of the municipal <br />departments of said Village, and shall take effect and be in <br />force from and after its passage. <br />
