Stentz <br />A RESOLUTION <br />ACCEPTING THE PLAT OF PARK ACRES AND CONFIRMING THE <br />DEDICATION OF STREETS AND ALLEYS THEREON SHO101N. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by -the Council of the <br />Village of North Olmsted, Ohio; <br />Section 1. That the plat of Park Acres <br />Addition to the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio, be and <br />the same is hereby approved and accepted and that the <br />dedication to public use of the streets and alleys thereon <br />shown be and the same is hereby accepted and confirmed. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall take <br />effect and be in force from and after the earliest <br />period allowed by law. <br />Passed: November 159 1938. <br />errs` mayor <br />
