Resolution No. 977 <br />By Mr. <br />A RESOLUTION <br />AUTHORIZING THE CLERK TO SET UP A PETTY CASH ACCOUNT <br />FOR THE BUS LINE. <br />WHEREAS there are numerous small items to be <br />purchased from time to time for the bus line, and <br />WHEREAS there is no cash available for the <br />making of such purchases, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council <br />of the Village-of North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the Clerk be and he is <br />hereby authorized and directed to establish a fund in <br />the sum of Twenty Dollars ($20.00) to be known as the <br />"Bus Petty Cash Fund", said money to be used in purchas- <br />ing small items for the bus line from time to time. <br />Section 2. The Clerk is further authorized <br />and directed to furnish additional sums not in excess <br />of Twenty Dollars ($20.00) from time to time when the <br />said Bus Petty Cash Account shall be in need of funds, <br />upon proper receipts being furnished showing that the <br />original cash account has been used in making such <br />purchases. <br />Section 3. This resolution shall take effect <br />and be in force from and after the earliest period <br />allowed by law. <br />Pass November 1, 1938. <br />c <br />eric M ayp r <br />
