Resolution No. 972 <br />By Mr. Decker <br />A RESOLUTION <br />APP ROVING Th.E ACTION OF THE PLANNING COI' +ZMISSION IN EMPLOYING <br />JOHN R. CLOYD AS ENGINEER AND I. R. titiINSPER AS LEGAL ADVISER <br />FOR THE PLANNING COM11ISSION. <br />VMREAS this council has approved the platting <br />and zoning of the Village of.North Olmsted, and <br />VdHEREAS it is necessary for the Planning Com- <br />mission to employ an. engineer and legal adviser, and <br />VIHEREAS said Planning"Commission has employed <br />John R. C1oyd as Engineer:and I. R. Winsper as legal counsel, <br />N07U, THEREFORE, BE-IT RESOLVED by the Council <br />of the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section'l. That the employment of John R. Cloyd <br />as engineer and I. R. Winsper as legal counsel for'the <br />Planning Commission be and the same is hereby approved. <br />Section'2. The council hereby agrees to <br />appropriate sufficient funds for the payment of said en- <br />gineering and legal services as soon as said funds are <br />available for said purpose. <br />Section 3. The compensation of said engineer <br />and legal counsel shall be paid upon bills rendered and <br />approved by the Planning'Commission and the Council of the <br />Village of North Olmsted. <br />Section 4: This resolution shall take effect <br />and be yin force from and after the earliest period allowed <br />by law. <br />Passed: 41, 1938. <br />ayor <br />
