Resolution No, 1528 <br />By Mr. Biddulph <br />A RESOLUTION <br />ACCEPTING THE BID OF VERNON TIDSIr1ELL TO PURCHASE TWIN COACH <br />FOR THE SUM OF $495.00. <br />WHEREAS Twin Coach No. —. 1 is no longer of any <br />value to the North Olmsted Muni c pa Bus Line, and <br />WHEREAS the Council desires to sell said bus and <br />Vernon Tidswell has offered $495.00 for said bus; now.. <br />therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of <br />North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the Clerk be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to accept the bid of Vernon Tidswell <br />to purchase said Twin Coach for the sum of :495.00, and the <br />Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br />perform the necessary acts to transfer title to Vernon <br />Tidswell, <br />Section 2. This resolution shall take effect and <br />be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by <br />law. <br />Passed: 3 , 1948. <br />- er Mayor <br />
