i <br />t <br />Resolution No. 1527 <br />By Mr. Bidwell <br />A RESOLUTION <br />PROHIBITING THE USE OF LAKE WATER FOR SPRINKLING LAWNS <br />BETWEEN THE HOURS OF :,4:00 P.M„`.AND 9 :30 P.M., DURING <br />THE SUMMER MONTHS AND WHILE THEME IS A SHORTAGE OF WATER. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of <br />North Olmsted, Ohio; <br />Section 1. That the use of lake water for <br />sprinkling lawns in the.Village of North Olmsted between <br />the hours of .4:00 P. rig and 9&.30 P.M,., during the summer <br />months and while there is a shortage of water, is hereby <br />prohibited. <br />Section 2. Any person who violates the provisions <br />of this resolution shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and <br />upon conviction thereof shall be fined not to exceed $25.00. <br />Section 3. That this is an emergency resolution, <br />the emergency being that it is necessary for the immediate <br />preservation of public health, safety, peace and welfare, <br />that this resolution be passed at once and shall take effect <br />and be in force from and after its passage. <br />Passed: July ,2 3 , 1948. <br />e Mayor <br />
