} 4 <br />f <br />1 <br />Resolution No. cj <br />By Mr. <br />A RESOLUTION <br />DIRECTING THE CLERK TO SUBMIT THE ANNUAL BUDGET TO <br />THE COUNTY AUDITOR AS REQUIRED BY SECTION 5625 -22 <br />OF THE GENERAL CODE OF THE STATE OF OHIO* <br />WHEREAS the Auditor of Cuyahoga County has <br />heretofore furnished this Council with necessary blanks <br />for the annual budget, and <br />WHEREAS said budget as prepared by this Council <br />in its tentative form was advertised as required by law, <br />and <br />WHEREAS said budget is now ready for final <br />adoption; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village <br />of North Olmsted, Ohio ; <br />Section 1. That said budget as now prepared <br />Is hereby adopted. <br />Section 2, ghat the Clerk be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to submit said budget to the <br />County Auditor as required by law. <br />Section 3.
