THE MUNICIPAL BUS LINE THROUGH THE <br />VILLAGE OF FAIRVIM1J* - FIXING THE RATES OF FARE AND <br />THE TERMS AND. CONDITIONS UNDER 1EICH THE MUNICIPAL <br />BUS LINE WILL BE OPERATED THROUGH THE VILLAGE OF <br />FAIRV IEVI. <br />IYHEREAS the Village of North Olmsted has hereto- <br />fore furnished bus service to the Village of Fairview <br />under contract between said Villages, and <br />WHEREAS said contract has expired and both of <br />said Villages desire to enter into a new contract <br />for a period of three years, beginning May 10, 1948; <br />now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of <br />North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the Mayor and Clerk be and they <br />are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />contract with the Village of Fairview for bus transporta- <br />tion facilities and service for a period of three years <br />beginning on the 10th day of May, 1948, and ending on <br />
