1 <br />A G R E E M E N T <br />WHEREAS the Council of the Village of North Olmsted, <br />Ohio, has passed a resolution authorizing the Mayor and Clerk <br />to enter into a contract with the Village of Fairview to furnish <br />transportation to all who desire said service through said <br />municipality or to and from the same, and <br />VHEREAS there is now a contract existing between the <br />Village of Fairview and the Village of North Olmsted for the <br />transportation of passengers which expired on the 21st day of <br />April, 1948, and <br />WHEREAS the parties to said contract desire to enter <br />into a new contract for the transportation of passengers which <br />shall expire on the 10th day of May, 1951, <br />NOIN.. THEREFORE, the VILLAGE OF NORTH OLMSTED, in con - <br />si.deration-of the promises and agreements of said VILLAGE OF <br />FAIRVIEW hereinafter stipulated, promises and agrees to furnish <br />transportation service to the Village of Fairview, for all <br />persons desiring transportation service through said Village, or <br />to and from the same; said service to be furnished by the North <br />Olmsted Municipal Busses, owned and operated by the Village of <br />North Olmsted. <br />The Village of North Olmsted further agrees to furnish <br />satisfactory and adequate transportation during the existence <br />of this contract, which service shall consist of not less than <br />twenty -four (24) round trips on week -days between the Village <br />of Fairview and the Public Square in the City of Cleveland; on <br />Saturday said service shall consist of twenty -four and one -half <br />(24N) round trips; on the Butternut- Spencer Road Division said <br />service shall consist of not less than six (6) round trips daily; <br />on Sundays and Holidays said service shall consist of not less <br />than nine (9) round trips daily, plus one westbound trip from <br />Kamms only. <br />
