The VILLAGE OF NORTH OLrJiSTED further agrees to carry <br />adequate liability insurance on said Municipal Busses for the <br />protection of all passengers, in the amount of not less than <br />$20,000.00 for injury to one person and not less than $50,000.00 <br />for injury to more than one person in the same accident, and will <br />also carry property damage insurance in the amount of not less <br />than $5,000.00; also will keep said busses clean and safe for <br />public travel. <br />The VILLAGE OF FAIRVIZJ, in consideration of the <br />promises and agreements, hereby grants to the VILLAGE OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED the right to use its streets, roads, highways and bridges <br />owned and under its control for'the operation of said Bus Line <br />from North Olmsted to Cleveland and return during the life of <br />this contract, and agrees that the rate of fare to be charged <br />for said transportation service from and after May 10th, 19480 <br />shall be as follows: <br />TVJENTY. CENTS (20�) cash fare, or TWENTY -FOUR ONE -.'JAY <br />TICKETS for FOUR DOLLARS AND Z=TY -FIVE _CENTS <br />from any point in.FAIRVIE'd VILLAGE to.the PUBLIC.SQUARE <br />in Cleveland, Ohio, or any other point on said.bus <br />route in the City of Cleveland, except KAMMS CORNERS, <br />which shall be only TEN CENTS (10�) from,any point in <br />the VILLAGE OF FAIRVIEW to said KAMMS CORNERS and vice <br />versa.,-and ' TEN CENTS (10¢x) THROUGHOUT THE VILLAGE OF <br />FAIRVIEW. <br />CHILDREN under six years of age when accompanied <br />by.an adult, shall ride free; 6HILDREN from SIX to <br />T49ELVE YEARS OF AGE, when accompanied by an.adult <br />and riding from any point in the Village to any point <br />in the City of Cleveland East of Kamms Corners shall <br />pay a ten -cent (10�) fare. <br />The minimum rate of'fare in any case shall be ten cents <br />(10�) • ' <br />Chips for one -way rides to and from school only may be <br />sold to school children up to and including highschool <br />age.. Said chips shall be sold for TGJELVE CHIPS FOR <br />FIFTY CENTS ' (50�C), and each chip shall-be good for a <br />one -way ride-to and from school only, within the combined <br />corporate limits of the Village of North Olmsted and <br />Fairview. <br />It is mutually agreed that the schedule for said bus <br />service shall be agreed upon by the Councils of the Village of <br />Fairview and the Village of North Olmsted and shall be approved <br />by a majority of the members of the Councils of both Villages. <br />2. <br />
