ROUTE N0. -t) DATE OF ENACTMENT_ Y (� An emergency ordinance /resolution enacted by the VILLAGE of North Olmsted __gmy Oda County, Ohio, in the matter of the hereinafter described improvement, under the supervision of the Director of Highways. SECTION I (CONSENT) WHEREAS, the Director of Highways is considering the matter of the following improvement under his supervision of the public highway particularly described as follows: The improvement of (Description) State Route CUY -252 .. 2.25 (S.H. 541 Section North Olmsted . (pt)) Columbia Rd. by surface treating said Route between the following doscribed limits: Beginning in the center line of Columbia Road at its intersection with the south corporation line of the Village of North Olmsted; thence from said place of beginning northerly ard'Ilortheasterly along the center line of Columbia Rcad as now established to its intersection with the center line of State Route 10 (S.H.694) Lorain Rd. and there terminate - being in all a distance of about 2.14 miles and WHEREAS, it is declared to be in the public interest that the consent of the iXXc E of VILLAGE North Olmsted �— ,Ohio be given for the above described improvement, under the supervision °f the Director of Highways in accordance with plans, specifications and estimates as prepared by said Director. NOW THEREFORE, such consent 'be and is hereby given, for the construction of the above described 'improvement. SECTION II (COOPERATION) BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the of North Olmsted VILLAGE Ohio, doe s hereby propose to cooperate with the State of Ohio, in the cost of the above described improve- ment, by assuming and contributing the lump sum of $600. 00 inclusive of the cost of engineering, preliminary contingencies and other incidental expenses. SECTION III,(AUTHORITY TO SIGN) BE IT ORDAINED,` that the, Mayor of the amm contractual officer VILLAGE Of firth Olmsted Ohio, be and he is authorized to enter into agreements for special con - tractual obligations. SECTION III (a) (MAINTENANCE AND PARKING REGULATIONS) (FEDERAL PROJECTS ONLY) BE RDAI'ED,by the Council of the VILLAGE of Ohio, that upon completion of the afo� rem n£3iuned.,.pX4ect by the Director,of Highways, it is hereby understood and agreed that the VILLAGE of Ohio will (a) Maintain the project in a satisfactory manner and make ample proviznnsrhyear for such maintenance; (b) Keep said highway open to traffic at all times; and (c) Regulate parking in the following manner:.it OF 2 `
