Resolution No. o <br />By Mr. <br />A RESOLUTION <br />ACCEPTING.THE BID OF MILLS COMPANY FOR REMODELING <br />THE INTERIOR OF THE TOWN HALL <br />WHEREAS after due advertisement the following <br />bids were received for remodeling the interior of the <br />Town Hall, to wit: <br />Mills Company of Cleveland 1892.00 <br />(steel construction) <br />Henry Smith 1800.00 <br />(conventional type) <br />and <br />WHEREAS this Council desires to accept the bid <br />of Mills Company for steel construction; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of.the Village <br />of North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the bid of Mills Company of <br />Cleveland for remodeling the interior of the Town <br />Hall, steel construction, for the sum of $1892.00 be <br />and the,same is hereby accepted and the Mayor and Clerk <br />are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />contract with Mills Company in accordance with said bid. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall take effect <br />and be in force from and after the earliest period <br />allowed by law. <br />Passed: February 17, 1948. <br />er_�._r - Mayor <br />
