.i <br />i <br />j <br />I <br />Resolution No. 1510 <br />By Mr. Biddulph. <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING APPROPRIATIONS. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village <br />of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the Clerk be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to transfer appropriations as <br />follows; <br />GASOLINE TAX FUND <br />$1400.00 from Trucks, tractors & Equipt, to <br />State Highways. <br />$2000.00 from Repairs by Contract, to Material. <br />$1000.00 from Tools, Implements, etc,.to Material. <br />Section 2. This i,s hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure, necessary for the-preservation of the <br />public peace,.health and safety, and to provide sufficient <br />funds to meet current expenses of the said.Village. <br />Passed Feb. 17, 1948 <br />Clerk- <br />Mayor - - - - <br />
