M <br />Resolution No. 14-0 <br />By Tdr. . <br />A RESOLUTION <br />DECLARING THE DISSATISFACTION.OF THE TAXING AUTHORITY OF <br />THE VILLAGE OF NORTH 'OLIMTED_WITH THE.'ACTION OF, THE, COUNTY <br />BUDGET COIV2IISSION, IN THE ALLOCATION FOR 1948 OF THE SHARE <br />OF SAID VILLAGE OF.NORTH OLIISTED,OF THE PROCEEDS.OF THE <br />CLASSIFIED_PROPERTY TAXES (INTANGIBLE) AND OF THE UNDYVIDED <br />LOCAL GOVERNMENT FUND, AND DIRECTING THE CLERK TO APPEAL <br />THEREFROM TO THE BOARD . OF .., TAX APPEALS . OF THE DEPARTIQENT OF <br />T k=TI ON OF THE STATE ; OF .OHIO. . <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village <br />of North Olmsted,.Ohio: <br />Section 1. That this legislative body, being <br />the taxing authority of the Village of North Olmsted, hereby <br />declares that it is dissatisfied with the action of the <br />County Budget Commission in the allocation for the year <br />1948 of the share of said Village of North Olmsted of the <br />proceeds of the classified property taxes (intangible), and <br />of the undivided local government fund. <br />Section 2. That the Clerk of the Village of <br />North Olmsted be and he hereby is directed to perfect and <br />prosecute to final conclusion an appeal to the Board of <br />Tax Appeals of the Department of Taxation of the State of <br />Ohio in the manner provided by law, and to do any and all <br />things incident and necessary thereto. <br />Section 3. That this resolution is declared <br />to'be an emergency measure, necessary for the immediate <br />preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare <br />of the Village of North Olmsted, and upon the affirmative <br />vote of three - fourths of all members elected to council, <br />it shall take effect and be in force from and after its <br />passage. <br />■ <br />Passed: January 20, 1948. <br />
