Resolution No. 1506 <br />By Mr. <br />A RESOLUTION <br />ACCEPTING THE BID OF F. S. BOONE FOR <br />FURNISHING SLAG. <br />WHEREAS after due advertisement, a bid was <br />received from F. S. Boone for furnishing and spreading slag <br />for the sum of $1260.00, and <br />MEREAS this Council desires to accept said bid, <br />it being the lowest and best bid for slag; noiv, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of <br />North Olmsted$ Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the bid of F. S. Boone for <br />furnishing and spreading; slag on various streets in the <br />Village for the sum of 81260.00 be and the same is hereby <br />accepted and the Mayor and Clerk are authorized and <br />directed to enter.into a contract with F. S. Boone in <br />accordance with said bid. <br />Section 2.
