M <br />0 <br />Resolution No. 150 <br />By Mr. A <br />A RESOLUTION <br />ACCEPTING THE BID OF RICHARD K. , FISCHER FOR FURNISHING <br />ASPHALT AND ROAD OIL FOR SURFACE TREATMENT OF VARIOUS STREETS <br />VEMEAS after due advertisement, bids were re- <br />ceived for furnishing necessary labor and material for <br />surface treatment of various streets,in the Village, and <br />VMREAS this Council desires to accept the <br />bid of Richard K. Fischer for furnishing asphalt and road <br />oil for the sum of 42680.00, it being the lowest and best <br />bid; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village <br />of North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the bid of Richard K. Fischer <br />for furnishing asphalt and road oil for surface treatment <br />of various streets in the Village f'or'� ;the'' .s.wn. of y ?2680.00 be <br />band .the,,= .same` is hereby accepted and the Mayor and Clerk <br />are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract <br />with Richard K. Fischer in accordance with said bid. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall take effect <br />and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed <br />by law. <br />Passed: January 20, 1948. <br />Cler Mayor <br />
